Event Description

The 2015 conference will be the second IEA European conference in Denmark and it is a pleasure that it is a result of a collaboration between the Scandinavian countries, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Venue

The conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Copenhagen. The venue has been carefully selected for a number of reasons:

• It is easy to get to the centre of Copenhagen by the metro which is right next to the hotel. Or it is easy to get to the venue should you choose to stay in the city.
• The hotel offers a free shuttle-bus from the airport for its guests.
• The venue is right next to the largest shopping centre in Scandinavia 
• Crowne Plaza offers parking at a fee for those wishing to drive there (150DKK per day per car).

Accommodation

• Conference guests can stay at the conference hotel at a discounted rate. 1195 DKK / 203 USD / 161 Euros – per night. If two people share a room please add 95 DKK/ 16USD / 13 Euros. Special rates apply from September 1 and until September 7.

Conference programme

This will be published end January. We are planning to have 3-4 subsequential 2-hour workshops or lectures going from Friday morning to Sunday noon.

Prices

Normal price: 4.000 DKK - as of 16 February 2015
Early Bird: 3.650 DKK - registration before 28 February 2015

Cancellation and refund policy

If you need to cancel your registration and you cannot find a substitute, please notify us immediately. For cancellations made by March 31, 2015 you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made after March 31, 2015.
